Day 46, 47 & 48 Where do I even start, it's been a hectic few days mixed with the heat, tiredness and travel. You've got the perfect recipe for disaster in all honesty. I don't what's going on but its like God said give this small year-round cold island some heat and Lord knows we can't handle it here!
Well let's head back to Friday night where I barely slept, I came home at a reasonable time, around 2am or so. Got into bed soon after, I had to go see some family so I needed to wake up at 9:30am. I thought to myself that's doable 7 hours of sleep is plenty. Boyyy was I wrong, I finally fell asleep around 6am, could not sleep, wasn't allowed to sleep as the heat kept waking me up. So I get some hours of sleep. Woken up at the aforementioned time (BARELY) then just about got ready and such. We then left around 10:30 I believe; got there at some point, I don't even remember when as I was a asleep during most of the journey, and it was uncomfortable as hell.
Most of that day I looked and felt tired and dead. Everyone kept saying do you want to sleep and I was like “Nooo man” So I ate a few hours after I awoke and all that. Wasn't enough but good to keep me going. So we payed (paid?) our respects, sit and spoke then ate. After that we left around quarter past 8. Which meant some more sleep time. When I woke up we were already back in my hometime, I think 2 hours must've past and then I see a text message from my friend, asking if I want to meet up.
Now I was in two minds, but honestly I wouldn't have minded just chilling our and being brain dead for a bit. I mean it was better than the alternative of laying in my sauna of a room until I fell asleep. So I did so for a couple to a few hours, I got to switch off for a bit and enjoyed the cold breeze of the outside lands.
Now I get home around 2 or 3 again, good timing as it's not too late by the time I get to bed and then prepare to sleep etc, this time I did manage to fall asleep earlier than the previous night and then woke up around half one. Sunday.
Now the beginning of Sunday wasn't great. My body and mind were tired, and the heat was draining but it wasn't as hot as Friday or even today, but it was hot nonetheless. So whenever I am tired or hot or haven't slept all too great, I get hella; CRANKY and PISSED off. Over nothing most of the time, so Sunday morning was just that, I got annoyed at everyone at home when I was sitting with them, then I decided to withdraw to my bedroom. I didn't even eat until 6pm that day which was mad.
Sunday evening, I finally turned on a computer, not my main one as it was still really hot, and I just wanted to watch Netflix whilst I ate my dinner which was at 11pm lol, at that moment was going to write my weekend catchup but by the time I finished eating and Netflix was over (I watch Murder Mystery? I actually can't remember but it was that Sandler and Anniston film it was nice and enjoyable) I was just way too tired to do anything. So I ended up crashing around 3am or something like that.
Only to hear the alarm clock, you guessed it Monday morning, back to work and the weather is hotter than ever. Woke up around 11 something, manager pushed back our meeting, so it gave me a chance to take my time with things, after that laid down and struggled to do anything. Then had the meeting and realised I've got a very important and time sensitive task to do by last week Friday.
So quickly (4 hours later) build a laptop, switched over 3 and got them all running, and that took ages, finished that around 6 something, (and I've still got one more important task to do) then my cousins came over, so I went downstairs, chilled out with my family, and had dinner.
They only left like an hour or so ago, then I came up, sat down and began writing this monumental sorry excuse for a 3 day catch up, so yeah there you have it, the last 3 days :D
